• Once approved, orders cannot be changed or cancelled without additional costs.

• Nationwide delivery is available through courier services.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, strikes, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

6. Refunds and Returns

• Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds or returns are not possible unless the product is defective or damaged.
• If an item is incorrect due to our error, we will replace or correct it at no additional cost.
• Clients must notify us of issues within 7 days of receiving their order.

• Designs, logos, and artwork provided by clients remain their property.
• M&M Laser Cutting and Engraving reserves the right to showcase completed work as part of our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
